What is your Return Policy?
Yellow Turtle offers online returns within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags attached for a full refund. Customers are responsible for shipping the merchandise back to Yellow Turtle as we do NOT provide return shipping labels.
Sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
To start your return, log into your account > go to My Orders > click View on your order > then click Return items at the bottom of the page to create the return request. Or you can email [email protected] and we can process your return request.
What would prevent my return from being approved?
- shoes/boots that have been worn
- item has been opened and not in original packaging
- item has been opened and original packaging is severely damaged
- clothing is stained or ripped showing signs of wear
- tags have been removed
- item was purchased on sale or during a promotion
- due to intimate nature we do not offer returns on any bathing suits or swim diapers
When will I receive my Refund?
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Shipping & Handling Fees Excluded in refund.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to arrive back at our shop and for your refund to process. Once a return is processed, a credit will be received in 3-5 business days.

How much does it cost to ship my items?
- Free Ground Shipping for orders over $200. Arrives in 7-10 business days.
- $14.95 for USPS Ground. Arrives in 7-10 business days.
- $18.95 for USPS Priority. Arrives in 3-4 business days.
When will my order ship?
We are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible! All orders will be fulfilled Monday-Friday, and shipped out within 48 business hours from the time of fulfillment.
Please note that we do not fulfill orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
How can I track my package?

When will I receive my package?
We ship all packages with our preferred carrier- USPS. We use USPS Ground Advantage™ for our standard shipping and Priority Mail® for our express shipping. Please refer to USPS Tracking® for more details on when your package will be delivered.
What happens if my package is missing?
If you think your package is lost or delayed, please refer to USPS Missing Mail and Lost Packages page for more information.
All items purchased through this site are made pursuant to a shipment contract, which means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
